Gregory R. Ryan
Gregory R. Ryan is an attorney licensed by the California State Bar. His primary practice is in the area of real estate law, with a focus on representing real estate owners, lenders, tenants, and property managers.
Mr. Ryan has developed a full service real estate law practice which provides transactional, counseling and litigation services to his clients. Real property acquisitions, sales, lending, and related matters are frequently handled from start to finish. A special focus is also given to environmental law matters which are increasingly becoming an important part of every real estate transaction. Lease negotiation and drafting from both the landlord and tenant perspectives constitutes a large part of Mr. Ryan’s practice. His clients include insurance companies, brokerage firms, investors, and large institutions.
Mr. Ryan also advises and organizes entities which develop, hold or operate real property, including joint ventures, limited partnerships, co-tenancies, and limited liability companies. He is experienced in structuring complex capital and finance transactions necessary to launch a successful real estate venture, including syndications.
Real estate litigation and arbitration comprise a significant part of Mr. Ryan’s practice. He has handled many purchase disputes as well as landlord-tenant controversies.
Mr. Ryan also acts as outside General Counsel to several organizations and companies, including a securities brokerage, several trade associations, a large regional real estate brokerage firm, and several construction companies.
Admitted to the California State Bar in 1981, Mr. Ryan is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He is a member of the Business Law, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the American Bar Association. He is also a member Los Angeles County Bar Associations, Real Estate Law section.
Mr. Ryan is a board member of the St. Vincent Medical Center Foundation. He has served as Vice President/Secretary of the W.M. Keck Foundation, one of the largest philanthropic charities on the west coast. He was also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Catholic Big Brothers of Los Angeles and the Idyllwild School of Music and Arts.
Born in Modesto, California in 1956, Greg lives with his wife, Gretta, and their three daughters in Pasadena, California.

Sally Rowshan
Sally Rowshan is an attorney licensed by the California State Bar and the Virginia State Bar. Her principal practice is in the areas of escrow, transactional real estate, title, and business formation law. Ms. Rowshan is a graduate of the University of Los Angeles California and Georgetown University Law Center.
Soon after law school, she was the founder and head attorney of New Era Title, LLC, an underwritten title company transacting business in several states across the east coast and its affiliated law firm, Law Offices of Sally Rowshan, PC.
In 2010, she and her family moved to Los Angeles. Maintaining her entrepreneur spirit, she soon formed an independent escrow company licensed by the Department of Business Oversight specializing in holding escrows. Her company was soon after bought by a real estate brokerage firm.
She currently serves as legal counsel to several escrow companies and real estate brokerage firms throughout Southern California. In her practice, advises numerous escrow officers, brokers, and sales agents on real estate transactions, risk management procedures, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention. She is frequently offers training classes to real estate agents and escrow companies on wire fraud, new laws and regulations pertaining to the real estate field, how to stay out of court, and effective risk management.
Sally is the founder of Direct Legal, PC.
She is active in Southern California’s real estate community and a member of the Escrow Institute of California, California Escrow Institute, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, and the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Rowshan has two children and resides with her family in South Bay. She is an avid practitioner of yoga, transcendental meditation, and on her free time enjoys outdoor activities with her family. She is currently a student at the University of Santa Monica (“USM”), a world renown psychology program taught by Doctors Ronald Holnick and Mary Holnick.

Sepideh Yermian-Taheri
Sepideh Yermian-Taheri is an attorney licensed by the California State Bar. Her practice is primarily focused on real property transactions, commercial leasing and development, business law, and estate planning.
Ms. Taheri specializes in legal services relative to the acquisition, financing, development, management, leasing, and sale of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate. In her practice, she has advised numerous clients on contaminated property issues, land use, zoning, title, foreclosure, commercial leases, ground leases, REOs, and operating agreement issues.

Ms. Taheri graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1996. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the American Bar Association and Los Angeles County Bar Associations. Her accolades include the First Honors Award in Constitutional Law, Hobbs Trial Advocacy, and the American Jurisprudence Award.
Ms. Taheri has two children and resides with her family in Santa Monica.

Andrei Armas
Andrei Armas is an attorney specializing in consumer protection and class action litigation. Mr. Armas also practices employment, business and real estate law. Mr. Armas is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California. He has extensive and successful experience in state and federal court litigation, including discovery and law and motion practice.
Mr. Armas earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Berkley) where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While at U.C. Berkeley, Mr. Armas participated in the Justice Corps program, a branch of AmeriCorps, where he volunteered at the San Francisco – Family Law Facilitator. His experience at Berkeley, with the law, and with people in need confirmed his desire to become an attorney and, more importantly, to help those in need.
Wishing to stay in his hometown, Mr. Armas attended California Western School of Law in San Diego. There he was recognized for his achievements through his enrollment to the Dean’s Honor List. While in law school, Mr. Armas continued his passion to help others, including his passion for the environment. Mr. Armas interned for Oceana, several law firms – including a nationally recognized consumer protection law firm and an employment litigation law firm, and the San Diego Superior Court. While at the San Diego Superior Court, Mr. Armas held a judicial externship position under the Honorable Joel M. Pressman for two full semesters.
Mr. Armas enjoys being active and being out in nature. His hobbies include soccer, cross country running, weightlifting, camping, and – of course – traveling. He currently plays soccer in a Santa Monica and a Palos Verdes Peninsula based league. Mr. Armas also has a passion for the environment and the local communities, regularly participating in environmental clean up and community outreach.

Bahij J. Joseph
Bahij J. Joseph is an attorney license to practice in the State of California. His practice is focused on commercial real estate, ranging from purchase, lease and finance transactions to title litigation. His clients include brokers, public and private institutions, investment ventures and occasionally tenants.
Mr. Joseph belongs to the California Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Prior to joining Direct Legal, PC., Mr. Joseph worked as the assistant to the General Counsel of ICM Partners, a talent agency with offices in Los Angeles, New York and London.
Mr. Joseph graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego California. While attending law school Mr. Joseph interned for the San Diego County Superior Court, participating in its mediation program during which he earned a mediation certificate.
Mr. Joseph obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach. He is fluent in Arabic. His hobbies include soccer, running and traveling. He currently plays in a Santa Monica based league and a Palos Verdes Peninsula based league. He regularly participates in running events, most recently running the 2nd Annual 8 Mile YMCA Run to the Hollywood Sign.

Ana Flores
Ana is a Senior Paralegal with extensive experience in real estate transactions, estate planning, and corporate formation. She received her Paralegal Certificate from Pasadena City College in 2000. Ana is also the firm’s Office Manager. With over 15 years of administrative experience, she is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s office management. Ana has been instrumental in the development of the firm’s human resources policies and procedures and the administration of these policies within the firm.
Ana is a strong believer in community service and supporter of many worthwhile causes including the United Way and the American Cancer Society. She is a life-long Angelino and resides in Los Angeles with her family. She thrives on being active in her community and enjoys yoga, hiking, and spending time with her three children.
She is Fluent in Spanish.
